Support Workers
About the Role
We're looking for kind, reliable and motivated Support Workers to join our team and help make a real difference in people's lives. This role involves supporting participants to live independently, access the community, and achieving their personal goals.
Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living tasks

Help with household duties such as cooking, and cleaning
-
Encourage independence and goal achievement

Follow support plans and report any concerns or progress
-
Maintain respectful and professional relationships with participants
What We're Looking For

A Caring and respectful attitude​

Reliability and good communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility and a commitment to participant's wellbeing
-
Competence in report writing and documentation
Requirements
-
​Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent (preferred)
-
First Aid & CPR certification (valid)
-
Police and Working with Children Check
-
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
