Hi, I’m Doug — a support worker, mentor, and the proud owner of Riverland’s Total Care Support Services. My passion is simple: helping people feel supported, understood, and confident in their everyday lives.

I’ve worked with individuals of all ages and abilities, offering emotional support, practical assistance, and genuine connection. Whether it’s lending an ear, helping with daily routines, or advocating for someone’s needs, I always bring empathy, patience, and respect.

Although I’m also a certified fitness coach, my heart lies in supporting people to grow, build independence, and overcome challenges in a way that feels right for them. Every moment of progress — big or small — is meaningful.

As the founder, I’m proud to lead a small, dedicated team who share the same values: professionalism, integrity, and genuine care. We’re committed to creating a safe, welcoming environment where people feel valued and empowered at their own pace.
